When you join the club you get a unique RFID tag on your vehicle which allows us to process your wash in lightning quick speed. That's why we don't offer online sign-ups at this time. We need you and your vehicle at one of our locations so we can get accurate vehicle info and install the tag properly. We wouldn't want it falling off as you're going through the wash.

*VEHICLES FOR HIRE and COMMERCIAL TRANSPORT VEHICLES (taxi’s, Uber, Lyft, etc.) will be charged a $15 surcharge to reflect usage.


*Vehicles using over 15 washes per month will be considered VEHICLES FOR HIRE.


*Usage audits will be conducted periodically. If a vehicle is determined to be a VEHICLE FOR HIRE and is not paying the surcharge, that membership will be automatically canceled, without a refund. Members agree to notify Washman if they become a VEHICLE FOR HIRE driver and will upgrade their membership to VEHICLE FOR HIRE pricing.


 

Unlimited Wash Plan F.A.Q.

When will my credit card be billed?

The full monthly rate of your Unlimited Wash program membership has been billed today to the credit card provided. Today’s date sets your renewal anniversary date. The next automatic renewal payment will occur on this anniversary date every month, on the same credit card provided at initial setup. If purchased on the last day of the month, your anniversary date will be the last day of each month regardless of date (ie; purchased on January 31 your renewal date would be February 28, March 31, April 30, etc.).


I want to cancel my membership

Customers must contact Washman Headquarters to cancel membership. There will be no partial month refunds. Current membership will be canceled on the renewal anniversary date. Customers must allow 5 business days prior to their renewal anniversary date to contact Washman Headquarters in order to ensure not being charged for the following month. Please have your RFID window sticker tag number when you call. six and twelve-month tags are non-refundable.


What if it is after hours or the weekend?

You can use our email which goes directly to our membership coordinator at: washclub@washmanusa.com


This email will allow you to request a cancellation, credit card change, or ask a question. 


Please include your RFID tag number(located on your window sticker) in the email subject line, or attach a picture of the RFID window tag.


The Wash Site can…
  • Issue new stickers (sticker will be applied on vehicle at time of purchase).
  • Renew 6 or 12 month memberships.

Washman Headquarters can...
  • Cancel memberships
  • Change credit card on file

How do I upgrade or downgrade my unlimited wash program?

If you are on the Washman Unlimited Wash Program and would like to upgrade or downgrade your service plan, you must contact Washman Headquarters directly (washclub@washmanusa.com) and request to cancel your existing RFID tag.

To purchase a new tag, you can stop by any Washman location and an attendant will help you.
